  • DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
    Yes, appointments are required to try on dresses, ensuring you have a personalised and memorable experience. Our bridal stylists will guide you in trying on gowns and help you find the perfect silhouette for your figure. A $30 appointment fee is charged at the time of booking to guarantee a spot, as we want to ensure all brides have the opportunity to attend our busy boutiques. The $30 fee is fully redeemable towards the purchase of a bridal gown during your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, this fee will be forfeited.
  • HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
    To make an appointment, you can easily book online through our website, available 24/7. Simply choose a date and time that works best for you. Alternatively, you can call our boutique directly to schedule your appointment with one of our bridal stylists. Please note, there is a $30 booking fee for bridal appointments. We recommend booking in advance, as our schedule tends to fill up quickly, especially during peak times!
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
    If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the $30 booking fee will be forfeited. If you cancel with enough notice, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. Feel free to contact us by phone to make any changes to your appointment.
  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
    For your appointment, we recommend bringing a hair tie, wearing nude-colored underwear, and avoiding freshly applied spray tans, as they may stain the gowns. Please note, you do not need to bring heels or a strapless bra, as we have platforms for you to stand on and the gowns have built-in structure, so a bra isn't necessary.
  • WHO SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
    We recommend bringing 2-4 of your closest family members or friends to your appointment. It's important that those you bring are supportive and provide honest feedback to help you make the best decision.
  • WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR DRESSES?
    Our wedding dresses are priced between $900 and $5500+, while Bridesmaid, Mother of the Bride/Groom, and Formal dresses range from $270 to $950. Debutante dresses are priced between $300 and $900, and Flower Girl dresses range from $250 to $500.
  • WHAT SIZE WEDDING DRESSES DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE TO TRY ON IN-STORE?
    Our sample wedding gowns range in size from 0 to 36, with over 50 plus-size dresses available to try on. We believe every bride should have the opportunity to explore all styles, offering an inclusive range of sizes and silhouettes for every bride to enjoy.
  • CAN I PURCHASE A DRESS OFF THE RACK?
    Yes, you can purchase a dress off the rack. We offer a selection of ready-to-wear options as well as sample gowns available for purchase.
  • CAN I HIRE A WEDDING DRESS?
    No, we do not offer wedding dress rentals. However, we have a clearance section in both of our boutiques where you can find sample gowns at discounted prices, with savings of up to 75% off the regular retail price.
